Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan

The staff made a great stay even better. Check-in was incredibly efficient and helpful, always with a smile, and Agus and Lia in the restaurant went out of their way to make sure we enjoyed ourselves. Housekeeping also kept our very spacious room super clean and comfortable. The property looks just a little faded at the moment. A lick of paint, replacement pool umbrellas, and clearer signage would help. Still, we wouldn’t hesitate to stay at the Four Points Sheraton Bali Ungasan again.

We booked a room here for friends, and they absolutely loved it. Breakfast was included, had lots of choices, and was very good. The rooms were clean, the price really reasonable, and the hotel has great views. You can even see one of the prominent statues from the rooms. There’s a bit of heavy traffic around the area, but we’d recommend this place to anyone in Bali.

We had a lovely three-night stay, and the hospitality was amazing. Lestari & Sari explained check-in clearly, so we felt at ease right away. When we noticed the minibar was leaking, the staff replaced the whole mini fridge quickly, even late at night. At the restaurant, Pam helped us get hot water for a late-night cup noodles snack. We ran into him again at the breakfast buffet on our last morning, and appreciated his food recommendations, especially “Pam's special”. That meal was a highlight. The staff also kindly lent us a clothes rack for drying our hand-washed clothes on the balcony. One thing to know: you may want to bring your own conditioner, since washing here tends to leave hair dry. We were comfortable and wouldn’t hesitate to return.

This was a peaceful, welcoming place to recharge after long flights and time zone changes. As a solo traveler, I found it incredibly comfortable, and it also seemed safe and accommodating for families. The staff made me feel cared for. Lia, Agus, and Budi especially went above and beyond, handling every request with kindness and genuine attention. I felt seen and supported throughout my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Bali, Ungasan. I’d absolutely recommend it, easily a 10/10 experience.
