Grand Hyatt Bali

We’ve already booked our next stay here. We visit Bali every year and choose a different hotel each time, but this was easily one of the finest. The grounds were stunning, and every staff member we interacted with gave outstanding service. We were on the Luxury Escapes package and it was 10/10. The three restaurant menus were extensive, and the drink menu was fabulous. Agung by the pool was outstanding, a huge asset to the team.

We loved every minute and will definitely return when we next come to Nusa Dua. Choosing the all-inclusive option worked out so well because we planned to spend most of our time at the resort. Before we arrived, we were upgraded to a Grand Club Room, a lovely gesture, and the room blew our minds when we were shown in. We decided not to pay extra for the club experience since we’d already bought the all-inclusive package, and we weren’t disappointed with that choice. From our first contact on arrival until departure, the staff were wonderful and nothing seemed like too much effort. There were smiles everywhere, and they put a smile on our faces too. All the restaurants had extensive choices included in the package, with only the signature dishes outside those options. We could still order those with a 30% discount. Each evening, the package also included afternoon offerings at the veranda cafe between 4 and 6pm. That was a welcome extra and meant we didn’t feel a need to upgrade to the club option. This was one of the best stays we’ve had in Bali, and we couldn’t fault a thing.

The staff were so kind, friendly, and attentive. A special thank you to Yasa and Devi at the pool bar, whose warmth and care made our stay extra special. They went above and beyond, and we’re grateful. With the beach right there and gorgeous pools to choose from, the location was perfect. The resort was spotless and beautifully maintained, and the stunning grounds felt like a tropical paradise. It was so family-friendly that travelling with the kids felt easy and enjoyable. The rooms are roomy and comfortable, with private balconies looking out over the garden or ocean. Families have several pools to choose from, including areas for children, and the facilities are well maintained and thoughtfully laid out over a large resort. Breakfast ranges from Western favorites to Indonesian specialties, with plenty of choice. The staff are warm and welcoming, ready to help with professionalism. Grand Hyatt Bali combines traditional Balinese design with modern comfort in Nusa Dua, with direct beach access and expansive tropical gardens that make for a peaceful, family-friendly setting. A good option if you want space and a relaxing beachfront stay.
