Harper Kuta Hotel

The staff made the biggest difference this time. Everyone we met was warm and professional, and went out of their way to make things right. The service has improved a lot and made the visit memorable. We stayed here before, and this time felt like a complete turnaround. Our renovated room was modern, spotless, and much more comfortable than before. The new menus had plenty of delicious choices, and we enjoyed eating at the hotel this time around. Harper Hotel Kuta team, well done. You exceeded our expectations, and we'll be back. 👏✨

The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Breakfast is usually the same dishes each day, though it was still delicious. They also kept two or three bottles of drinking water in the bathroom and by the bedside.

The rooms were large and very clean, and the hotel itself was spotless. Other services were good too, especially the spa, where the therapists were good and the massage quality was pretty nice for the price. Noise does carry from the next room and the walkway, though. I tried the pool once, but the water smelled really strong, maybe from too much chlorine.

The staff were amazing and the food was beautiful. A shame that some of the other customers were so rude and inconsiderate, they could use some manners. We were the only Aussies there during our whole visit.
