Ketut S Place Villas Ubud

The restaurant food was really good, and getting into Ubud was easy with a quick Grab ride. The property sits above the busy streets and Monkey forest, so it feels peaceful. Everything was very clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We had a lovely stay in the traditionally styled rooms, and the little pool was charming. The on-site massages were especially good, with excellent service. One problem came up during our two days there: a neighbor lit their usual wood fire, and a lot of smoke drifted over onto the otherwise beautiful terrace.

We found two great restaurants just a couple of minutes away on foot. Back at the apartments, everything felt spacious and luxurious, with a lovely view and amazing room service. The pool was big and beautiful, and the staff were friendly. We absolutely loved staying here and would definitely return.

The staff were friendly, but we were glad to leave after just one night. The rooms were dusty and dirty, especially in the corners, and the bathroom was in poor shape too. Its bin was dirty until I asked for it to be changed; the towels were worn and looked like foot mats, and both the corners and toilet were stained. Ketut's place cottage may have been nice once, but it hasn't been kept up. At $100 a night, it was far behind what other places offer.
