I've worked in the service industry for over 10 years and have never seen such incompetence. We were the only table in the restaurant, yet waited an hour for food and they forgot our appetizers for a table of four. I was poured a tiny 2 oz glass of wine from a box, and everyone's order was wrong. They said our drinks were comped, then charged us for them anyway. The whole night felt awkward and uncomfortable. This was on Dec. 29th, 2025, and the only bad time I've had in Bali during my stay. Don't come here for food, go support a local warung instead.

If peace and quiet are what you're after, you may have found the right spot. The resort has a restaurant, bar, and a great swimming pool, and it's a relaxing break from the crowds and noise. Sit back and enjoy.

The bathroom had a slight odor, my one small complaint. The food was good and affordable, and the garden was beautifully manicured with a delightful pool. We stayed two nights for my birthday, and the staff went above what I expected to make it special. They decorated my bed, then came to my door with cake and sang Happy Birthday. I was amazed by all that extra effort. I'll definitely come back.

The bathroom had a bit of a sewer smell, though it wasn't too bad. Apart from that, after just one night I was ready to call this place a huge, happy surprise! The room was clean, with no mold or bed bugs or anything like that, and the staff were really nice. They even suggested places to see in Medewi. I'd give it a 9.5/10! 🕺
