Security in Nusa Dua felt very present and well organized. We felt safe walking around the area at any hour, day or night. The staff were kind, attentive, and ready to help with a warm smile, and the beach was stunning, clean, and well maintained. The infinity pool made for a dreamy setting. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully designed, with an extremely comfortable bed. You can adjust the view over the garden, pool, or ocean. Breakfast was fresh, nicely presented, and had a rich mix of international and local choices. The hotel is in a quiet, exclusive part of Nusa Dua, which was perfect for relaxing. The daily housekeeping kept everything spotless, and the staff were professional and quick to help with requests. The service was wonderful. Staff were amazing, and some really stood out for remembering our preferences and anticipating what we needed. We stayed in a pool access room. It was spacious, if a little dated, and there weren’t many charging outlets. No converters were in the room, though room service could bring one. There are three dining options at the hotel, which we found okay, nothing especially outstanding. It’s very close to Bali Collection, so there are plenty more choices nearby. Great value for what you pay, and a great stay overall.

Dana at the pool bar deserves a special mention. He looked after us so well every day and made the stay feel personal. The whole pool bar team was brilliant, and service across the resort was prompt, friendly, and genuinely caring. We spent six days at Merusaka in a pool access room and upgraded to the all-inclusive package, with the orange wristband. It felt like excellent value, with endless food and drinks and multiple stunning pools. Our room was incredibly spacious, with a gorgeous bathroom and divine soaking tub. The resort and its facilities were spotless, welcoming, and well maintained. We also liked the cute daytime and evening market onsite. We loved every moment and will definitely be back.

The only uncomfortable part was that all of us were chafing and getting rashes each day. We’re unsure what caused it, but the pool chemicals might need looking at. Apart from that, it was an amazing stay, and we’ll definitely be back soon. My family and I had an all-inclusive package last week. The resort was by far the best, with phenomenal food and drinks as well as rooms that were always tidied promptly while we were out. The staff at the pool bar and restaurant were so nice, and seemed to genuinely enjoy serving us. They also handled our allergies amazingly well, to the point that the whole resort knew about them.

The team of people working there was my favourite part. Every person we met was friendly, helpful, and smiling. Such a joy, and I can’t fault the place. Thanks for an incredible stay, we’ll return. We’ve just spent five very special days at this wonderful resort in beautiful, clean Nusa Dua. It’s an older-style place, which I love, with lovely grounds and pools. The rooms were nice and cleaned daily with great care. The food was exceptional and the cocktails were great.
