Here now for a quick trip, and the location is fabulous. The staff are amazing and super friendly, the food is really good, and the rooms are great, with a huge bed and good air conditioning. There's a lovely pool with a swim-up bar, and the beach is less than 30 seconds away on foot. I'll definitely return for a longer stay.

The staff and amenities were amazing. They’ve hired a new chef, and the included breakfast was probably one of the best I've had in Bali. Check out the rooftop terrace and have the BBQ. We'll definitely be back next year 😊

This was our second stay at Pelangi, and we'll definitely come back. We love the location, comfort, friendly staff, pool and dining. For sure, we'll be back on our next trip in Bali.

The pool was the only thing that redeemed the place. We stayed five nights, but I wouldn't return. The cocktails weren't good, so stick to the bottled premix. It's tired and hasn't been maintained, with water stains everywhere, and the location isn't great for Seminyak. Our first room smelled so strongly of mold that I couldn't even stand inside. We told the porter we couldn't stay there. Only one other room was available that night, with two single beds, but we didn't mind as long as it didn't smell. They said they'd find us another room the next day, and they did. It wasn't nearly as bad, though it still had a hint of mold, possibly from the air conditioning. I'm confused by the good reviews and how this could be considered four-star.

The pool was just right for a swim at any time of day, and big enough to actually swim in. From carrying our bags from the taxi to the room to bringing coffee at breakfast, the staff did everything they could for us from the moment we arrived. Great place, I'd definitely come back.
