Quest Hotel Kuta

The airport is close by, which made this a handy place to stay. Check-in was quick, and the front desk handled things well. Our room wasn't ready yet, but they kept our luggage and brought it up once it was. The room was clean and had good facilities.

Breakfast was a mixed bag: the pastries and Western food were very good, while the local choices weren't the best. I liked the room and the fair price, and the connecting rooms worked well, though the key was quite tricky to use. The AC in one room also wasn't as cold as in the other. It would help if everyone got the same clear explanation that pool towels can't be taken to the rooms or room towels brought to the pool. My dad got a bit of a runaround when he asked for a towel and was told to take one from the room 😅. Still, we had a good stay ☺️.

Breakfast was delicious, and the stay at quest hotel was relaxing. A couple of practical issues came up: the electricity in my room shut off for a few hours, and finding the right room number on the second floor was confusing. The down arrow button for the second-floor lift wasn't working, but it has since been fixed. Most things were good!

There are plenty of mini markets around the hotel, along with useful services such as laundry. The staff were warm and welcoming, and I really appreciated the service. I'd recommend staying here while enjoying the Bali paradise.
