The semi-buffet, semi à la carte breakfast was delicious, and they offer free evening snacks from 4-5 PM, Balinese coffee or black tea with one food item. There is also a free shuttle into the city center in the morning, with a return in the evening. Ubud Market is just 4.5 km away. Our Suite was spacious and comfortable. From the bathtub, we could see the green fields and the swimming pool beside them. The outdoor seating near the pool felt romantic and relaxing. Bicycles are available to rent for 100,000 IDR per day, which was a nice experience. The staff at Royal Casa Ganesha Resort were extremely friendly and always greeted us with a warm smile. I was very impressed by the service during my stay in Ubud. I highly recommend the resort for couples on their honeymoon or families with children, and really enjoyed my stay.

The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and clean, and the staff greeted us with warm smiles. They were polite and always ready to help. I loved waking up to birdsong and looking out over the garden. The pool has a beautiful jungle feel, and the whole place is peaceful and refreshing. It’s surrounded by greenery, but still close to Ubud’s main attractions.

We loved the friendly, outstanding service, especially how welcoming everyone was with the kids. Breakfast was tasty, with a semi à la carte setup, and the rooms were comfortable and clean. The pool looks out over rice fields, while the hotel itself is about 4 km from central Ubud, away from the city noise and bustle.

The view alone made it easy to unwind, and everyone was so helpful and friendly. I had a wonderful time at Royal Casa Ganesha. It’s a great spot to relax, and I’d happily recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely stay.

The grounds are beautifully landscaped with local trees and plants, and outside the hotel feels like a peaceful sanctuary. The staff were courteous and helpful with our other requests, but the room problems drove my low rating. We booked two twin beds and were given one king bed instead. They said they couldn’t move us. The rooms are old and small, with very few amenities, and the towels felt rough and scratchy. They need updating. We stayed October 18 and 19, 2025. The location also added to our travel time, as it’s more than an hour from the airport.
