Kay is an amazing owner, and for the price everything was in good order. The place sits a little way down a street behind a cafe, so it’s really quiet with no noise. My room had two floors, a DVD player downstairs, and opened onto a nice long pool where you could catch the sun. There’s no breakfast, but there is a kitchen on the first floor. I couldn’t find any downsides. It’s 15-20 minutes to the night market for fresh juices at 15000, about the same to the beach, and 10 minutes to the market for foreigners, which I call that because it’s very expensive.

Don’t stay here. The hotel is badly outdated, dirty, musty, and moldy, and things you touch keep breaking, including the sink, shelves, and hooks. The WiFi doesn’t work, the AC works sometimes and fails other times, and every surface is filthy. The housekeepers are nice.

A good fit for a mature traveler wanting somewhere secure, relaxed, and peaceful. The two-story apartments are very spacious, with a courtyard garden and a 22mt lap pool. It’s centrally located in Sanur, just minutes from the shopping strip and restaurants, and about a five-minute walk to the beach.

The place is very clean, the service is good, and the location works well. WiFi keeps dropping in and out, though. The people were very friendly and helpful, but I wish they spoke more English.
