The staff were very friendly and attentive, and even let us use their luggage scale before our flight home. The breakfast buffet was decent quality, though the choice wasn’t especially wide. The hotel was clean, well appointed, and centrally located. I’d definitely stay again.

The rooftop pool and terrace are worth checking out, and the staff were really friendly and attentive. I’d recommend booking one of the renovated rooms. Just be aware that guests near the elevator can be noisy and inconsiderate, so I’d avoid a room there.

I only stayed one night, but the room was great and the rooftop pool was nice too. A special mention to receptionist Fera, whose warm manner and lovely smile brightened my day. I hope she feels as happy every day as she made me feel.

The room smelled really humid, and the TV wasn’t smart, so basically it didn’t work. The shower plug didn’t work in either of the two rooms I tried. I asked reception about it and was told that was the only plug. That was a letdown, since my partner really enjoys a hot bath and I’d checked the bathroom when booking. I paid for five days, but maintenance work on the third and fourth floors meant tools, hammers, and drills from 7 am to 5 pm. Sleeping after 7 was impossible. It was really annoying. They agreed to move me when I asked, but the noise could still be heard everywhere. I’ve booked other places where planned maintenance was mentioned on the booking profile, but there was no notice here. If I’m looking for somewhere to rest and know there’s maintenance going on, I won’t book.
