It's easy to miss this place, and it's not on Agoda or Booking. Bli Adi showed me around for my channel and went out of his way to show me rooms. I was impressed. The quiet is a big plus in Legian. My current four-star hotel nearby, Magani, had motorbike noise all night. The pools looked very inviting, and the restaurant prices and choices were on point. And the location is great.

My friend and I stayed in rooms 46 and 47, connected at the back of this lovely little hotel. It was so quiet, with no Garlic Lane noise reaching us. The staff were lovely, and there's a money changer at the front desk. I dropped off laundry and got it back the same day, smelling beautiful. The bed was comfortable, and the air-conditioning was great.

The staff are wonderful, and nothing seems like too much trouble. I've stayed twice now, and this is our go-to hotel for years to come. The Surawathi is a hidden gem in the heart of Legian, with a spacious property and easy-to-reach rooms at genuinely affordable prices. There's a great restaurant, two pools, and different theme nights during the week. Breakfast buffet is included in the room price, and there's also cooking classes. They have a beach restaurant and a river restaurant, with a shuttle to take you there anytime. The rooms have what you need for a relaxing stay.

Our first time staying at Suriwathi, even though we've been to Bali many times. We absolutely loved it: friendly staff, a great location, clean rooms, nice food, and lovely cocktails.

The staff made our Christmas lunch buffet especially memorable. It was also my daughter's 18th birthday, and they surprised her with an impromptu birthday song and a slice of cake. They went above and beyond to make the day special for everyone. Suriwathi is a lovely place to spend a Bali holiday.
