Trinia checked in with us every day to make sure all was well, and the waiters and waitresses were so sweet and took great care of us. The service was top notch, and we felt very well looked after throughout. The resort is also well placed for walking to other restaurants and beaches. We had the one bedroom signature pool villa, which was beautiful and felt very luxurious, with our own private pool. It rained a lot while we were there, even for the rainy season, so we made the most of our time at the resort. We took a Balinese Cooking Class and had a hot stone massage on another day. We ate many dinners there and liked the portions, taste, and quality. Breakfast was included, and everything we tried was lovely. I’d highly recommend the resort and would love to come back. Customer service really is a focus here.

The prices are steep, and for the money I think you can get much better service elsewhere. I went for lunch, but instead of anyone actually serving us, they had us scan a barcode to place the order. They still charged a service fee, which felt like a rip-off. If ordering is done that way, there shouldn’t be a service charge. This place used to be reasonably priced, but it seems profit has taken over. Disappointing.

Tony was such a kind, friendly guy and deserves a mention. The whole team welcomed us warmly from the moment we arrived. Our villa was clean, lovely, and private, with a small pool that was great for relaxing. We enjoyed the cocktails and breakfast, and the location was brilliant. Thanks for having us, we’ll definitely be back!

For the price, the stay was acceptable, and there were some real highlights. The grounds were very well kept, the pool was lovely, and the large smart TV was a nice feature. Reception staff were particularly welcoming. Breakfast had lots of delicious choices, the spa was relaxing with a great massage, and housekeeping was fantastic. The romantic dinner setting was beautiful, but the food was average and didn’t justify the price. We were also asked to fill out a survey at the end, which spoiled the mood. The bill was nearly too high as well, and we had to point it out before staff corrected it. The room felt dated, with dirty wallpaper, cracked bathroom tiles, and some minor maintenance needed. It wasn’t a huge issue, but the online photos made it look much nicer and were a bit misleading. We felt pushed to spend extra throughout the stay. The tourist information representative kept promoting an overpriced taxi that cost four times as much as the service we used, and tried to sell us trips and activities while we were relaxing by the pool. At breakfast, we said yes to a latte and cappuccino, assuming they were included as at other hotels. Nobody mentioned the extra charge until after we’d finished them. If we’d known, we wouldn’t have ordered them. I’d avoid the extras offered by the hotel and find activities through outside providers. The stay itself was okay.
