W Bali Seminyak

The stay was fantastic, and we'll definitely return next time we're in Bali. W Bali surprised us after our time at Potato Head, which had left us unsure anything could top it. The atmosphere was fun and luxurious, with beautiful spaces and a good mix of relaxed days and lively evenings. Staff, food, facilities, and service were all exceptional. When my wife got Bali belly, Denta quickly arranged a doctor and kept checking on her. Her kindness, professionalism, and attention made a stressful situation much easier, and we're very grateful. It's expensive, but if it's within your budget, the quality and care make it worth it. Highly recommended.

The food gave me a standout memory: the best Pad Thai I've had outside Thailand. My compliments to the head chef and kitchen team. I also appreciated how Yunda from concierge recognized guests around the lobby, used their names, and remembered their stories. Her WhatsApp replies were quick, thoughtful, and professional. The resort itself is right on the beach, with an airy, lively feel and a pool about 100 meters long that was never crowded and was kept in impeccable condition. The pool staff were friendly, attentive, and careful with food and drink service. Bar staff across the resort were skilled and engaging; the bar supervisor brought real hospitality, remembered preferences, and made visits feel personal. My arrival was warm and relaxed. With Marriott Bonvoy Gold status, I got a lovely upgrade to a beautifully designed, spotless room with a stunning sea view. The bathroom was exceptional, and I loved sitting on the ocean-facing balcony. The high-quality Bose sound system was another luxurious touch. Service throughout was remarkable, and W Bali brings together style and warmth in a way that felt effortless. A memorable stay, and I'd return without hesitation.

The beachfront at night was a highlight for our family trip. The lighting made the whole area feel inviting and drew us outside after sunset. The pool being open 24 hours was another great feature, with someone always around for towels, drinks, or other service. The hotel was in excellent condition and clearly maintained with pride. My only small suggestion is to improve the bathroom lighting. We stayed at W Bali – Seminyak from February 15-21, 2026, and the team handled taxis and special dining reservations smoothly. They anticipated what we might need, and every interaction felt warm and intentional. As a hotel manager, I notice details, and it isn't easy to impress me, but this team did. Meals were beautifully presented and full of flavor. The staff were professional and genuinely caring throughout. This stay reminded me what hospitality can be when it is delivered with passion and precision. Thanks to everyone, we'll be back. We love W Hotels, and W Bali shows why.

They followed up the next day and left a small local gift, which felt very considerate. I stayed in a villa with a spacious, well-designed private pool that was lovely to relax in at any time of day. The room felt a little dated, though it was comfortable and clearly well maintained. I had a great time at W Bali and would be happy to return.
