I keep coming back to Batiqa in Lampung because I like staying here. Check-in and checkout are quick and hassle-free, and the room is always clean. Breakfast could be better, but for what you pay, things are fine. Not great, not bad either.

The check-in was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly and willing to help. They handled any issues, too. Everything was clean and professional, and I’d come back.

The location is handy, the staff are friendly, and the room was clean with enough space. The price was decent, too. Breakfast needs some work: even though I went early, around 6:30-7 am, most of the food wasn’t warm. It’d also be nice if the smart TV in the room had internet so guests could use Netflix and similar services with their own accounts.

The menu could taste better, and the cabinet was a little dusty. Still, I enjoyed my stay. For a 3 star hotel, Batiqa was better than I expected. The room was tidy and clean, with good lighting from the windows. The shower was great, and they had a hairdryer, iron and table, bathrobe, safe, and mini fridge. Thank you.

The food was nice, and the staff were all polite and helpful. I’d have liked to see more smiles from them, though, and not just hear their soft-spoken manner. One pillowcase was stained on both sides, which made me a bit uncomfortable. The minibar had only regular mineral water and coffee supplies, no other drinks. It would be nice to have some beverages in the minibar or mini refrigerator. Well, thank you!
