Hotel O Rajabasa Near Universitas Lampung Formerly Hotel Prasetya

I should’ve checked the Google Maps reviews before booking. I’d booked through the app earlier, where the rating looked pretty good. When I arrived, though, the place felt dark, neglected, and unsettling. There was dust on the stairs, and some rooms looked unused. The upstairs toilet was dirty, the TV wouldn’t turn on, the sheets were torn 🫣, and the pillows were completely flat. There was no drinking water or toiletries, the room corners looked grimy, and the cupboard smelled musty. It was nothing like I expected 😭. I had to leave for another hotel because the kids were uncomfortable. It was really scary.

Please work on the cleanliness. Other than that, it’s cool, and I’ve stayed here twice for that price.

It was smelly and dirty, with grubby sheets, a dirty toilet, and dim bathroom lights. There was no toothbrush, toothpaste, towel, or drinking water, and lots of the ceiling was broken. It felt scary and made it hard to sleep. The parking area was narrow too.

Please, hotel management, pay attention to the place you’re renting out. The dirty floor hadn’t been swept, and there were no soap, shampoo, toothbrushes, or even towels. The sheets looked unchanged and smelled bad. There was a musty odor and lots of cockroaches. The bathroom water kept stopping and starting, the TV wouldn’t turn on and only showed a display, and the dim lights kept flickering. The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Thanks!
