8/10
The bathroom had a cigarette smell despite the room being marked non-smoking, and the room wasn't soundproof, so road noise came through. Breakfast was minimal, so I'd skip it, especially since there are snack places nearby. The location is quite strategic, next to KFC and across from LivingWorld Mall and MacDonald, with lots of places close by. The staff were friendly, and considering the price and location, it was worth it overall.

The parking can be tricky, but the valet handled it very well. For a hotel that's been around for over ten years, this place is remarkable. The room was super clean, the air conditioning worked really well, and the toilet was clean too. Prices are affordable for either a business or family trip. The location is superb, close to shopping, food districts, and easy to find.

The room was comfortable and clean, but the parking area was full. As a motorcycle user, I felt the staff didn't care and only helped car users. We paid the same for the room, so what's the difference? I had to move other bikes myself to get out of the crowded space.

It's handy that McDonald's and other fast food places are within walking distance. But the room was far from clean: there was an insect, the bed cover was dirty, and I wondered whether it had even been changed. The air conditioning was broken too. My friend asked staff to keep his cake in the hotel kitchen fridge, and they lost it. Wow.

The hotel has a good range of facilities for its class, and the breakfast was tasty. We could ask for different kinds of eggs and noodles at no extra charge. The price was affordable, and the hotel was clean and good. It's in a strategic spot near a department store, a hospital, several places to eat, and the railway station. The crowded area can mean traffic jams, which were a little annoying.
