The room was much smaller than we expected for something called a “Family Suite,” and its toilet floor didn’t slope properly, so water splashed out easily. We also found the soap smelled awful and ended up buying our own. The sofa bed was broken, and getting an extra iron took until almost 12AM because the previous guest didn’t bring it back until around midnight. Things felt unsafe on the second night. There were loud noises outside, and a group of men who seemed drunk tried the door twice. Reception didn’t seem concerned or do much to quiet things down, so we stayed awake late to make sure everything was okay. At checkout the next morning, no receptionist was there. Calls and texts went unanswered, and we waited about 30-40 minutes for someone to arrive. Even check-in was confusing, since the staff didn’t seem to have the right booking update. We’d booked three days and two nights, but this was disappointing from the start. Would I come back or recommend it? Definitely no. 👎 Safety: 2/10 Room: 3/10 Location: 5/10

Casabella Bandung was a comfortable, clean place to stay, and its location made getting around the city easy. My room was cozy and had what I needed for a short trip. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Good value for money, and I’d recommend it if you want a simple, comfortable stay in Bandung.

For a short, convenient stay, Casabella Bandung offers good value. It’s clean and comfortable, family-friendly, and handy for PVJ and Ciwalk. WiFi, AC, and Netflix are available. Parking is limited, the facilities are basic, and traffic noise can be a problem, so don’t expect a full-service hotel.

The room matched what was shown on Instagram and the booking site. It was spacious, clean, and comfortable, just right for relaxing after a long day. Paris Van Java Mall and nearby convenience stores are only a short walk away, which makes getting around easy. Highly recommended for a leisure or business trip!
