Travello Bandung

Everything felt average. I stayed in room 723 and got two towels plus one for the bathroom mat. The mat and one towel were very white, while the other towel was yellowish. It smelled fine, but the color still bothered me. Breakfast was disappointing: the omelette was cold, there wasn't much choice, and none of it appealed to my appetite. I also tried the spa and was disappointed with the Javanesse massage, which cost Rp350k.

The staff were kind, especially the parking attendant and security, who were both really helpful. Breakfast had lots of variety and tasted good. I especially liked the Bubur ayam, bubur ketan hitam, pasta pesto, and yoghurts. My standard room felt spacious, and the bathroom was fairly clean, though the sink drained a little slowly. I liked the room.

We spent four days here, and the stay was pleasant and quiet. The room was a comfortable size, neither cramped nor especially large. Service was excellent. The food was okay, with plenty of choices and a different menu each day, though the taste was acceptable rather than outstanding. The washroom could have been cleaner, since the tiles had quite a lot of stains. Our kids didn't get to swim because the weather was colder than usual. I'd recommend the hotel to travelers. The service was friendly and polite. I chose the hotel for work because University Pendidikan Indonesia, Bandung was about a 10-minute walk away, though getting into the city took longer. Breakfast leaned heavily toward carbs, and I would've liked more healthy choices.
