If you want peace and quiet along with comfort and excellent service, you'll love it here. It’s not the place for hustle and bustle. There’s a local shop 400m away and a few warungs up the hill. The poolside area is beautiful, with jungle views beyond the infinity pool and a lovely large jacuzzi beside it. The hotel is in a remote part of tegalalang, still not too far from the rice terraces. Rooms are furnished beautifully with Balinese finishes, and the details are well considered: bathrobes, slippers, hats, and mosquito repellants were ready to use. Breakfast is included, good quality, and served with the staff's biggest smiles. This place is exquisite.

The staff were the real treasure. They made a big effort to welcome me, and the small, close-knit community made me feel like family, even though I was travelling alone for only a few days. As someone from a small town who travels solo a lot, I haven't had quite this mix of luxury and homeliness before. I'm so thankful to them. The resort is new, it started in April 2025, but the decor feels like a renovated temple or historic site. It combines that peaceful old feeling with clean, pristine spaces and excellent facilities, right in the jungle with luxurious comforts. There's a restaurant with lots of delicious choices, and breakfast was excellent. They also offer massage and spa services, and can arrange for a masseuse to come to your room or help with drivers. Once you're here, there's really no reason to leave. I hope to return!

Away from the main road, all I heard outside was birds, frogs, and insects, with no car or motorbike noise. The pool area faces straight into the jungle and has both a cold pool and a hot pool, a perfect place to relax in the sun. The room was clean, bright, and tidy, and the stay was very comfortable. The staff were extremely friendly, and the restaurant served delicious food. They also offer free afternoon tea.

It was my husband's birthday while we were there, and the staff quickly helped us organize everything. They decorated the room and even the bathroom with flowers, and that bathroom won me over completely. The hotel is spotless, tucked into the jungle away from noisy roads, with lovely views, an infinity pool, and a jacuzzi that always has hot water. We were pleasantly surprised by afternoon tea. We expected one simple pot, but they brought each of us our own teapot and a selection of delicious desserts. A complimentary photo session was included too, which was a nice touch. After five years living in Bali, this is officially one of our top three favorite hotels. The value for money and service are incredible, and the staff are wonderful. We're delighted with our stay, will definitely return again and again, and will recommend it to our friends. You won't be disappointed.
