Having a washing machine here is incredibly handy. The drum is gentle on clothes, and my laundry comes out fresh every time.

Our room was roomy, the staff were all smiles, and breakfast hit the spot. There are famous Bandung food places close by, too. The location's a big plus, right by Paskal 23 Mall and very near Bandung station, which made it easy to explore without the traffic hassle.

The room was clean and the location is superb, right inside the 23 paskal complex with a straight walk to the mall. Breakfast was delicious and had a good range, though there's room to improve it. I do wish there were a swimming pool.

The compound is secure and has little traffic. The mall has a supermarket and a large food market, plus other breakfast options where the coffee is much better. The hotel itself was disappointing. The rooms feel worn, service is slow and low on enthusiasm, and one breakfast staff member seemed thoroughly bored, dragging her feet as she walked. The coffee was watery, and at 100k IDR I wouldn't recommend the breakfast because the food didn't taste fresh. Late at night, around 11am, people came in and talked and laughed in the hallway. The door lock didn't work smoothly. I could hear a neighbor's vibrating phone, as well as people showering next door.
