The outdoor area is pleasant for a walk, with two laundromats and an Indomaret that stays open until 10 PM. KFC is just outside the front gate. By the back gate on the main road, there's a Padang food stall on the left, a Sundanese stall across from it, and a Madurese stall a short walk to the right. There's a pool and a gym as well, though the gym is pretty pathetic, with old, broken equipment. So far the stay has been okay. The balcony is very narrow, and taking kids out there feels a bit scary. Smoking isn't allowed inside the apartment or around the pool. You can only smoke outdoors while chatting with the security guard, lol.
