For this level of service, it cost too much. The place felt like a storage room, the AC barely worked, the water wasn’t hot at all, and there was dust everywhere.

I was very disappointed by how unclean things were. The bathroom and bedding weren’t clean, there were stains on the sheets and blanket, and the towels were dirty. All they provided was two soaps, with none of the extra toiletries that are standard at other hotels.

We were there for my cousin’s wedding reception at Batununggal, since this was the nearest hotel. My big family had enough room to do our makeup, but even in daytime it was too dim inside. The front desk staff was the letdown: when I asked for extra chairs, she told me to carry them from the dining area myself because everyone was busy. Well...

I booked through an application, then the receptionist asked me to pay 50000 extra at check-in for using it. Room 208 had a lot of problems: the AC didn’t work properly, the TV looked like a 3D movie without 3D glasses, the pillow was dirty, and the sink was broken. There was no toothpaste or toothbrush either. Absolutely not worth it. Hopefully it was just my room.

I only stopped by to meet family, so I saw just a little of the hotel. The lobby was quite spacious and comfortable for chatting for a short while.
