Parking was good, which made it feel safe when I was in a pinch, and the water heater worked. The room itself was tight, so there wasn't really space to pray except on the bed. It wasn't very clean, and the blanket and mattress weren't in great shape. In high season it costs around 500 yen. It's on the third floor, reached by stairs.

The broken key was frustrating. There wasn't a slot inside, and nobody tried to install one because the technician was on holiday. I asked for a refund, but since I booked through the app, that couldn't be done. I'm fed up with the app being put ahead of customer comfort and satisfaction.

The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the staff on duty were very friendly. Security also helped visitors cross the road. There are nine rooms, in Standard and Superior categories. Check-in is at a small post outside the building on the first floor, where the attendant or security guard can help you. The property is on the third floor of Gedung Kandaga 80. The first two floors are offices for a computer peripheral accessories supplier. Getting up from the ground floor means using a fairly narrow staircase, which could be awkward with a large suitcase. The building is a little hidden. Coming from the west, it's on the right side of the road; from the east, it's on the left. The RedDoorz sign is small and partly covered by tree branches, so first-time visitors might have trouble spotting it. Parking is available for both motorcycles and cars, and the gate is closed after 23.00.

The rooms are clean and have AC, the bathroom is clean too, and the service is friendly. Really recommended, and the price is cheap.
