Breakfast had plenty to choose from and tasted good, and the hotel's location worked really well for me. My room was clean and comfortable, too. Everyone on staff was kind and helpful from arrival through checkout. I had a really pleasant stay and would definitely come back ❤

For a business stay, this worked out well. The room felt bigger than I expected for an Ibis, and the air conditioning stayed nice and cool. The amenities were fine for the price. There wasn't a hair dryer in the room, but you could ask for one. Breakfast was fairly limited, though about what I expected. I didn't receive an upgrade because they said the hotel was fully booked. All in all, a good stay.

The smooth check-in and checkout made a good impression, and the staff were warm from the start. Before I checked in, I was welcomed kindly, and at reception someone even suggested a nearby live music café that made for a fun evening. Ibis Styles Medan Pattimura upgraded my room by one level, which was a thoughtful surprise. At checkout, management helped carry my suitcase all the way to the car. That personal care stood out. I found the stay comfortable and professional, with genuine hospitality. I'd recommend it to anyone visiting Medan!

I was there for four nights on a work trip. The room stayed very dark, which helped me sleep properly, and both the bathroom and room were spacious and spotless. Staff were always smiling and ready to help. I'd recommend this place to people traveling for business.

The room and front desk service were fine, but breakfast was a letdown. The food didn't taste great, there weren't many choices, and the service at breakfast wasn't good either. I hope management notices and fixes these problems.
