The hotel was quite shady and totally different from the picture. It wasn't OYO but RedDoorz, and it took a while to find the name in the middle of the night. The water went off, so I had to wake the staff. There was no cleaning during my stay and no mineral water or anything. The staff member was friendly, but seemed new and didn't know anything about the place. Anyway, I definitely won't come back.

A comfortable place to stay, and the massages from mbok Made were magical. I'd love to come back one day and would recommend it if you're looking for a SPA. One thing they should pay more attention to is the towels. The one I got didn't smell nice, but it was okay 🙂

The location made getting downtown easy, and the hot water was good. There was a water stain on the ceiling, though, and the air conditioner dripped a little.

I booked through OYO and went to the property, but after initially seeming ready to give me a room, the staff said none were vacant. I had to leave without a room. Poor service.

The owner and receptionist were unfriendly and dishonest. The whole thing felt like a prank. Don't book this hotel.
