I was really disappointed and exhausted by this stay. I’d confirmed a few days ahead and was asked to send my ID photo and proof of my Traveloka booking over WhatsApp. But when the day came, there was still no clear information. I called, and they asked me to send those same documents again. The management was that bad. The admin’s tone was aggressive and rude, and I felt as if I were being yelled at. If people are spoken to that way, I think they’ll be scared to stay here. Please improve the communication and basic politeness.

The admin is harsh. I can’t be bothered, there are plenty of friendlier people elsewhere.

This place is a mess. Better to look for somewhere else to stay.
