The staff were friendly and the location is great, but the rooms and bathrooms need more maintenance and renovation. Otherwise, bad reviews are going to follow. Early check-in should be available, too. Maybe the place could work as a bed-only stay or something like a dormitory, keeping the budget low while offering good quality. Just an idea 🙏

I was in town on a business trip and spent one night here. At IDR 290K per room for the night, it was a good deal, especially if you want to enjoy Braga at night. I booked through the Kagum Hotel app. There's car parking, though I don't know how many cars it can hold. The lobby was clean, the staff friendly, and the lift was fine. The room is old but clean and neat enough, and the small bathroom is clean too, though not modern. The liquid soap was nearly empty and needs refilling. For IDR 290K, it was okay. Thanks for the hospitality.

The hotel's location is superb, and the staff were friendly and helpful. I arrived with low expectations after reading the Google reviews, but ended up having a pleasant stay. The room and facilities are somewhat undermaintained, and breakfast was so-so with little variety. Still, I got what I needed and should receive as a guest, delivered with good manners. One improvement: the old, torn bathroom towels really need replacing.

The room was filthy, and I was too grossed out to use the blanket. The sheet hadn't been changed and still had dirt on it; the bathroom was dirty and smelled terrible, and all the fixtures were old and poorly maintained. If you're after a cozy place, pick another hotel. This was the worst budget hotel I've ever stayed in.
