Right in central Banjarmasin, and the faculty of medicine univ. Lambung Mangkurat is an easy walk away. Would I come back? Yes, definitely 🫠

The hotel is well kept, clean, and comfortable. This Favehotel feels a little more premium than the other branches I’ve stayed at, especially with Android TVs in the rooms, so it’s easy to watch YouTube and Netflix. I was here for a work trip to Banjarbaru, and the location worked well, not too far from the airport and a bit outside the city center, which kept things from feeling too busy. The water setup was the one drawback. Bottled water in the room costs extra, while the free option is a gallon refill in the corridor. Most hotels I’ve stayed at give you two free bottles in the room as well as hallway refill stations. It’s a small issue, but including basic bottled water would be better. Still, it was a solid, comfortable stay.
