The price is affordable, and it’s close to Qmall, the mosque, and Jalan Rahayu with all its food stalls. I found the service friendly and the bathroom clean, though snails sometimes get inside. The room was comfortable and the AC was seriously cold 😅. There’s complimentary tea and coffee upstairs, too.

The parking area could be bigger, but the flexible check-in and check-out times are a plus. It’s handy for getting to Panglima Batur, Murjani Field, Q-Mall, Selumpul, Cempaka, and G. Ronggeng. Prices are reasonable, the staff are friendly, and the facilities are good, with hot showers. The rooms are clean and tidy, and they leave out free snacks each morning. There’s even a lobby massage chair for 10 minutes for 10 thousand rupiah. We’ll come back.

Breakfast is free and the place is fairly comfortable, but cleanliness needs attention. The guest toilet at reception was very dirty, and the rooms weren’t very clean either. There were lots of mosquitoes, and the toilet in the room was dirty too.

Free mineral water and really tasty bread were nice touches. The room was very nice, and it’s close to Q. Mall Banjar Baru.
