Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi

I stayed in a Junior Suite for a quick holiday and got lots of freebies. The facilities are exceptional 🫶. The pool and gym are good, and the rooftop observation deck feels magical. They also have a sauna and a water dispenser with disposable cups. The locker room has a roomy changing area, plenty of seats, and power sockets. It may be the best changing room I’ve seen in a hotel, even compared with 5-star places.

Luvvv yuuuuu, Kokoon Hotel Banyuwangi! ⭐️✨ From the security team to FO, bellboy, Tabuhan Lounge, housekeeping, room service, and gym attendance, everyone was genuinely warm and helpful. I felt welcomed as soon as I arrived, and that care continued through the whole stay. Great vibes and great service. I left truly satisfied. If Google had more than 5 stars, this would be a solid 10/10.

I’d planned to go straight to Alas Purwo Temple, but got to Banyuwangi too late, so I stopped at KOKOON Hotel. It turned into a mini getaway, and I almost extended my stay. The room was comfy, and after the long trip the spa was super relaxing, with a really good price for the quality. RIFA, the barista, was incredibly friendly and hospitable, and made me feel welcome right away. If you’re passing through Banyuwangi, this place is worth considering.

Kokoon Hotel has always felt like a second home to me as a wellness member, and my mother and friend love staying here too. Thanks as well to Mas Fahmi for helping my mom some time ago. I want to thank the team for their care and professionalism, especially after I had a small accident in the changing room today and cut my finger while cleaning up. When I reported it, Mbak Aini at reception checked on me with genuine concern and offered help. She coordinated with Mas Emmo, who cleaned the wound and gave me first aid. I really appreciate how calmly and attentively the Kokoon team handled it. I’ll keep recommending Kokoon Hotel to friends and colleagues visiting Banyuwangi. Warm regards, MT.
