We slept through most of the late music because we were tired from our activities, though it does go on very late. People also tend to use the pool around 7am despite the pool rules. Bottled mineral water was left outside our door each day, which I appreciated. Finding the place was difficult. The booking platform’s location was way off, and my friends and I might have been stranded without the helpful Grab driver. Once there, everything we wanted to do was within a 30 minute drive. At check-in they took a 1 million rupiah cash deposit, refundable. Soap and shampoo smelled nice, but there wasn’t much in the bottles. They provided toothbrushes, toothpaste and towels, but no hand soap at the sink. Hope this helps.

The place looks pretty in the photos, but for the price it felt like a converted container. Getting there was a hassle, with no clear sign and a location that was hard to find as a first timer. They asked for a 1 million rupiah deposit at check-in, which seemed excessive. A few friends came over just to hang out, not stay overnight, and staff made it difficult to let them in. After a long discussion they were allowed, but staff kept threatening to deduct money from my deposit even though they were only visiting. Noise was the worst part. Live music went on until midnight, then at 3 AM a group of 7-8 guys were swimming and yelling in front of my room. One was completely naked in a public area. It was inappropriate and really uncomfortable, especially with my underage sister there. She was shocked, and we couldn’t sleep all night. Heavy rain meant two friends couldn’t get home and stayed over. The property deducted 200,000 from my deposit for that, which felt very unfair in the circumstances. Checkout took about 15-20 minutes, which was needlessly slow. I had a terrible stay and won’t return. I wouldn’t recommend it, especially for families or anyone with children.

The room itself is nice, but the soundproofing is nonexistent. Live music carried into the rooms as late as 1am, making it impossible to get a restful night. It felt very inconsiderate to guests trying to sleep. Edit: I don’t understand why the property’s response brought up another guest breaking the rules. My friends and I followed the additional guest rules during my stay, with 3 of us in a 4 room. Please adjust the music hours and don’t gaslight reviewers.

The online photos made the place look clean and cosy, but it was filthy in person, and there was a strange smell in both the room and bathroom. It took me about 10 minutes to locate the place. The Google Maps pin wasn’t right, it’s far inside, and the Airbnb sign was barely visible. The walls were paper thin, so noise carried until midnight. Some guests kept using the pool until 4am, and I couldn’t sleep. The host also wanted a $100 SGD deposit, more than some five star hotels. They said it was in case we dirtied the sheets or damaged something. A good quality bedsheet costs about 500k rupiah, according to Google. Do yourself a favor and spend your money somewhere else.
