The water pressure failed several times during our stay, making it hard to shower and even flush the toilet. The engineering team was reportedly working on it, and Erika came to our room to apologize. She brought fruit and a handwritten note, which felt like real personal care. Before we arrived, she had also messaged on WhatsApp to offer a free pickup from Batam Centre Ferry Terminal. Daffa at reception made us feel welcome right away, explaining the facilities and how to get around the property. He was friendly and professional throughout. Erika and Daffa left us with a very positive impression despite the plumbing trouble. We’ll be back, and I’d recommend HARRIS Barelang Resort to visitors to Batam. Thank you both for making the stay memorable.

It was a peaceful break from the city, with lovely views and lots of space in the room. The staff were kind and helpful, and we really enjoyed our stay. The buggy and shuttle were handy, too. Highly recommended.

This was our second visit, and we still enjoyed the resort's spacious feel and ambience. The staff were polite and helpful, especially Daffa and Retno at the front desk, plus Steven, our shuttle driver. We also had a good time at the Aspa. Rock Salt stayed closed for all three nights and four days we were there. At lunch, the restaurant struggled with our food orders and even drinks from the menu, as the chefs were preparing the buffet for breaking fast. Even with those issues, we enjoyed the stay.

We came away with beautiful photos and better memories, thanks in large part to Ms. Mutik. She looked after my family and me with real attention, checking that we were comfortable and responding to what we needed. Her kindness made the trip feel special. There are photo spots all over the property, from the infinity pools and beach views to the architecture and sunset vistas around the iconic Barelang Bridge. Check-in and check-out were smooth, with professional, friendly service. Harris Resort Barelang was a highlight of our year, and we’re looking forward to coming back.

The staff really made our stay memorable. Mr DAFFA at reception was professional, friendly, and helpful from check-in, and Mr Abbay at Rock Salt bar was just as accommodating. Rock Salt has a good food selection and a great view by the pool. We had a lovely stay at what I think is one of the best resorts in batam.
