There was loud music downstairs and people chatting, along with traffic noise from the roadside. I could still hear it all at 3 am. I asked to switch to a different room at the same price, but they refused. Not a good choice if you want quiet, so I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

The reception and room service staff were polite, and the lobby still had a classic look. It was decent value, but the weak water pressure, poor view, and weak air conditioning were drawbacks. The room was very noisy at night, which is a big no for me. I’ll look at other hotels next time.

The price was cheap, but I couldn’t get a decent night’s sleep. There was a cigarette smell, loud KTV karaoke, and weak water pressure. I wouldn’t come back.

The location and service staff were the only good parts. My room had cockroaches, it was noisy until 4 am, and breakfast was substandard. Better to stay at Lovina apartment, which is cheaper and cleaner.

I’m very disappointed with your response. We made the booking just a few minutes ago, but had selected the wrong date, and your hotel wouldn’t work with agoda to resolve it. I travel to Batam often, and I’ll give this a one-star rating. Singaporeans should be aware. Other hotels I’ve stayed at were willing to compromise when I made this kind of mistake.
