There was noise from everywhere, so there was no privacy, and the place was unclean and uncomfortable to stay in. When I asked the attendant to replace the dirty pillow and cover, the new ones were even worse. The bathroom had no light, and the hotel looked nothing like the pictures. I would never recommend it unless you're completely broke and traveling alone.

The bathroom was clean, but the door in room 205 wouldn't lock. The room itself was fairly clean, spacious, and quite comfortable. It had a TV, air conditioning, and a fan, plus free refills of drinking water.

I'm very disappointed with the service. I booked through Agoda and got a notification saying the payment went through, but then the order was suddenly canceled and my money wasn't returned. Is that really how the hotel handles service? I just want my money back.

My first time here. The rooms are nice and the location is convenient, but the service could be better so guests feel more comfortable. It was okay overall. 👌🏻
