I could walk to Digital City (DC) Mall in about 5-10 minutes. The room was very clean and the price was affordable. They also supplied water bottles, a toothbrush and toothpaste, and a comb. Staff were friendly, though they don’t speak much English, so I used Google Translate to communicate.

I only stopped by to see the place, not to stay. It’s set back behind a row of ruko (shop houses), facing a wall, so it’s quite secluded but also quiet. Rooms have to be booked through mobile apps, since reception won’t take bookings, which I found confusing. The room looked clean enough, though at that low price, you can’t expect much.

The room was neat and clean. I couldn’t tell if the man at the front desk was a receptionist or security, since he wore a security uniform. He could use some lessons in manners to provide better service, whether dealing with a guest or someone else.

The room is simple and had no bad smell or roaches. It might feel a little small for a couple, but it was roomy enough for a big guy like me. A good option if you’re trying to save on the room and spend your money on other things.
