Breakfast worked well for us, with rice, noodles, porridge, bread, salad, and more. Give the peanut spread a try. We managed to book a comfortable room with an extra bed, and the staff were friendly. The hotel was short on blankets the first night. After we alerted room service, the staff handled the issue efficiently on the second night.

Mr Arif, the front office manager, was very friendly and gave us good guidance about the area. Ms Uli at the front counter was always polite and smiling, and helped us book Grab rides to the places we wanted to visit. Room service was efficient and good. A couple of small changes would help: put towels at the swimming pool instead of inside the gym, and add clocks in both the gym and pool area. At breakfast, spoons are provided for coffee and tea, but stirrers that fit the cups would work better. I enjoyed my stay, and it’s a nice place to stay.

The vegetarian breakfast buffet was good, and the room rates were affordable. At this price, I don't have much to complain about.

It's just a few steps from the hospital and close to Nagoya Hill Mall. There’s a welcome drink in the lobby, the staff are friendly and helpful, and the Wi-Fi connection was good. The water heater worked really well too. The room had a mini fridge and hair dryer. I didn't get to try the food. I think this place is worth it.
