It's a nice option for a short getaway when you want a quick break. The hospitality is good, and it's close to Batu City while still having some natural atmosphere. A good balance if you want a nature retreat without being in a remote area.

Bambang, the staff member, was very disrespectful and unprofessional. When I arrived, he asked what I was going to do, even though of course I was there as a guest. Maybe he asked because I came on a motorbike? When he escorted me to my room, he didn't carry my luggage. I thought he was going to offer, but he didn't. Very poor hospitality. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone.

We paid almost 2 million rupiah for the room and extra bed, but the place didn't meet even the basic standard for cleanliness. The maintenance was badly lacking. The curtains and other fabric were dirty, there was dust everywhere, and the toilet smelled disgusting. If you have children with allergies, this could be a mess. I stayed with my two children, aged 3 and 10, and had to wash the younger one's formula bottle in very dirty conditions. We arrived around 18:30, exhausted after a long day and bad traffic, expecting a clean room. Instead, the bad conditions kept piling up. The coffee grinder had been used by the previous guest and was filthy. I asked twice for it to be changed, but it wasn't. The lamp by the extra bed couldn't be switched off, and the electrical outlet beside it was covered in dust. Sleeping so close to an unwashed, dusty curtain could leave you waking up with a bad allergic reaction and a runny nose. The photos show what looked like mites or lice. Later I found one or two still moving and alive. I asked the front office to send housekeeping, but the housekeeper came in with dirty feet, left without cleaning, and tracked dirt into the room. Even a cheap room can be cleaner than this. They call the place a resort, which I completely disagree with. I understand it's glamping, but hygiene still comes first. Decide for yourself whether it's worth 2 million rupiah. I've never been this disappointed. If you're reading this, think twice about staying, or your holiday could be ruined by how badly you sleep, and you could end up with mites or lice.

At first I loved the place. It looked quiet, the room was clean, and all the staff were friendly. I expected somewhere peaceful, though, and the noise was a big letdown. If you can handle the sound of three or four mosques, you'll be fine.
