Swahita

What made our stay at Swahita Ubud special was the people. Reception manager Mr. Agus and the whole team treated us with warmth and sincerity. They helped us with everything, always smiling, and welcomed and said goodbye to us as if we were old friends. As first-time visitors to Bali, that genuine human warmth left a real impression and made us feel cared for. We happened upon the hotel while driving by and didn’t use many of its facilities. Cleanliness and a quiet night’s sleep were what mattered most to us. There was construction across the street, but the team listened carefully and sincerely to every request we made. Our time here created a heartfelt connection not only to the hotel but to the whole area. We’re already counting down until we can meet them again.

Clean, hygienic rooms, a lovely pool, and tasty food made this a great stay. The hotel has tropical vibes, and there are lots of shopping centres nearby. The staff were especially welcoming and warm. It feels like a one-of-a-kind place. With love, Rameen and Naimal

We travel a lot, and we’ve never stayed anywhere with friendlier, more welcoming staff. Every person we met went out of their way to make us feel happy and at home. The hotel is clean, with pretty, comfortable rooms and lovely rain showers. There’s a nice pool with a waterfall, good breakfast at the restaurant, and great decks. A few nights we ordered Grab food and ate outside while watching the forest. So lovely. The location is convenient, close enough to Ubud center but far enough away to feel quiet and private. For very good coffee nearby, try Orbouros across the street.

We spent five nights here and found it good value for money. The rooms were clean and nice, and the spot just off the main road was quiet but still close to Ubud’s main features. Breakfast was made to order each morning and delicious. The staff were first-class, so friendly, helpful, and hospitable. I’d definitely recommend the Swahita.
