The condition of the room was unacceptable, so I asked to cancel my prepaid booking and get a full refund. It looked like it hadn't been used for a long time and wasn't clean. The toilet had visible stains and was in poor condition, and both the bedsheets and towels were dirty. I asked to change rooms, but staff said there were no extra rooms. I was traveling with my unwell mother, and we were worried about the hygiene and possible exposure to diseases, including monkeypox and other illnesses. I cancelled and found somewhere else for the remaining two nights, for our family's safety and comfort. I was very disappointed when we arrived and again after returning to Malaysia. The hotel management told me to request the refund through Agoda. After I returned to Malaysia, Agoda said it hadn't received my email sent on 16th September, and customer service said it may have gone to spam or junk. That's not my responsibility, and Agoda's system needs to be aware of this. They also said that if the property doesn't respond, they can pay compensation. I feel Agoda needs to show tolerance in a serious case like this.

There are swimming pools and hot water, and the view is nice. No breakfast, and you have to pay a deposit.

Very basic and simple, but at least there's hot water at night and a water boiler for coffee.

Affordable price, and the hotel is new, though the building itself isn't. It gets very cold at night.
