The breakfast was good, and we appreciated the restaurant staff and the hotel's location. Beyond that, the stay was awful and nowhere near deserving of three stars. Our first room had a window facing the wall of the neighboring building, which blocked the air, even though the hotel wasn't full. After we complained, we were moved to a somewhat better room with a balcony, but everything in it was worn out. The furniture throughout the hotel needs renovating. The bathroom smelled terrible, and there was an unexplained urine smell in the room. The sheets looked old and unclean, and the towels were worn and torn. We have pictures to back this up. There was no internet when we arrived. It took over an hour to get connected, and the signal was weak. Once a third device joined, the connection kept dropping. After another complaint around 5:30 PM, all four of us could connect, but the signal was still poor. This hotel wasn't worth the price at all. I can't forgive what they charged us or the misleading advertising. As foreign tourists, we should have been shown the hotel's bright side, not its worst.

The best mountain views are from the main street side and the 'Roof' Cafe. Rooms facing the road get a lot of traffic noise, and the balcony doors and windows don't seal properly. The bathroom has working hot water for showers, but there's no curtain, so water goes all over the floor. This seems to be a popular choice for large groups and tours. While we were there, four big tour buses brought schoolchildren. Given the *** hotel rating, the noise and other issues were to be expected.

The green theme fits the name, and in general this is a nice place to stay. There's an outdoor pool, though it isn't very big, and it feels cold in cold weather. After a swim, you can shower, but the hot water supply is sometimes short. I may have mentioned the hot water already, but it really is an issue. The staff also reuse the previous day's sheets and towels unless you ask them to change them. If temperatures of 14-18 °C and cold water don't bother you, it's a decent hotel.

The city view from the top of the hotel at night is the main highlight, and breakfast came with plenty of choices and was presented well. It's a comfortable place for a break or vacation, just don't count on the New Year's dinner being tasty.

For around 450K a night, we had a really enjoyable stay. The food and room were good, and everything else was fine too, apart from the toilet cleanliness by the swimming pool. Hope I can come back.
