A great hotel in Batu, sharing the same area as Kampoeng Kids, which has a playground and activities for children.

The setting is beautiful, with nature all around and lovely weather. Still, I had a hard time relaxing because of the loud, ongoing water supply noise outside, especially at night. The room’s blind was much too small for the window, so it didn’t give much privacy. There were bugs in the room, and the bathroom sink area often flooded. Some staff were friendly, others weren’t. Breakfast is highly recommended, though there are also eateries within walking distance if you turn right as you leave the hotel. I hope they sort out these problems for future guests. In its current state, I’d hesitate to recommend Hotel Transformer Center Batu.

The location is really convenient, and the room was fairly clean with a nice view. Staff welcomed me warmly and always smiled whenever I came or went. It was well worth it. And they gave me a welcome ice cream, how cute is that!

The rooms are really good and it’s a great hotel, though the maintenance could be better.

We had a cozy, roomy stay with the family. The one thing to fix is the smell from the single beds in rooms 408 and 410.
