Fairfield By Marriott Bekasi

Being able to get into the mall indoors from the hotel's third floor was so convenient, whatever the weather. Restaurants, cafes and shops were just steps away. The service also made the stay very comfortable. From arrival through checkout, the staff were consistently friendly, professional and attentive. They responded quickly to questions and requests, and handled everything efficiently. I had a wonderful experience and would stay here again. Special thanks to Freti, Rima, Chelsea and Sevien.

A really good stay. The room was clean and cozy, with cold AC, a smart TV that supports HDR, and fast internet. Staff were helpful when we had requests, the food had plenty of variety and tasted great, and the shared facilities were all well maintained 👍

The breakfast started out awkwardly because everything on the menu was spicy, but the chef came over, apologized, and prepared a non-spicy dish to order. That kind of service made me want to extend my stay, though the hotel was fully booked for an event afterward. I was hesitant to spend that much on a mixed business and leisure trip to Bekasi, but I’m glad I did. The stay felt seamless: the room had the electricity and AC on when I arrived, the hair dryer and other basics were already there, and the internet was fast enough for my remote work. When I asked for more water, they offered four bottles instead of the usual two. Finding the right elevator for Pakuwon Mall could be easier. The hotel shares the space with Sheraton's Four Points, and the signs for the elevators are overhead, so it’s easy for a first-time guest to take the wrong one. A sign at eye level would help. Still, I had a lovely stay and would come back if I get the chance.

The breakfast crew took good care of us, and the atmosphere was lovely. I met Rudi, Budi, Suci and Erika, and really appreciated how kind and helpful they were. The food was nice too, especially the Jamu and green juice. Loved it, and I’d come back for another family staycation. See you!
