The positives were the low price and staff who seemed quite flexible, especially since they were very young. Beyond that, the stay was awful. I booked four rooms, but they didn't seem prepared, and when I arrived the reception was empty, with the staff room at the front. The place is far from the city center and nearer the beach, with cramped parking out front that didn't look safe. The app photos don't match what it's actually like. My room smelled of cigarettes and was dirty, with graffiti and lots of lipstick marks. The floor looked unmopped, the bedding and sheets were stained, and there were stains all over the bedcover too. I don't know what they were. There was no running water, and the AC remote was missing, so I had to ask the staff for help. I wanted to give it zero stars. It isn't a good fit for families or solo travelers who want cleanliness and quiet. Maybe it's okay for short meetings or people who don't mind poor hygiene. Management, please improve the place.

I booked three nights, but after seeing the room I decided to check out as soon as I could. This was my first visit to Bengkulu, and it was a bad experience. The room was dusty and dirty, the pillows and blankets were filthy, and the toilet was clogged with traces of someone else's waste. The shower tap didn't work, there were no TV or AC remotes, and the curtains were broken. The receptionist was unfriendly, parking was inadequate, and the area in front of the room was dirty. The room wasn't ready when I came to check in. I really wouldn't recommend it for families. The good reviews on the RedDoorz app don't reflect how disappointing it was in reality.

The service was friendly, but my first trip to Bengkulu left me seriously disappointed. The room hadn't been cleaned and smelled bad. There were cigarette butts in the bathroom, ash scattered on the floor and in the small desk drawer, dim lighting, dirty blankets and pillowcases, and weak AC. Outside the room it was dark, smelled of garbage, and was filthy. It looked nothing like the photos in the ad!

My first stay in Bengkulu was a bad one. The toilet was broken, the water was off, and the cleanliness was terrible, everything was dirty. It didn't look like the staff cleaned at all. The service made me completely uncomfortable, and it didn't meet RedDoorz standards. The five-star comments here feel like lies because the whole place was so bad.

We arrived to check in at 5, but the room still wasn't ready or cleaned. The power was out, water pressure was low, the sink and toilet were broken, the towels were wet, and the room was in really rough shape. So many things were wrong that we didn't even take photos as proof. A very disappointing stay. I hope the owner checks things out and fixes what's lacking.
