The staff were kind and cleaned the rooms every day, and the shared outdoor kitchen was handy, with free Balinese coffee. There’s also a good convenience store and places to eat across the road, including KFC. I’d call this a two-star guesthouse rather than a one-star. The pool wasn’t especially clean and was too cold for us to swim in. Guests and workers sometimes made noise late at night, and the WiFi only worked in certain spots, though it was good enough for streaming once we found one. The whole outdoor area was a smoking zone, which could be uncomfortable for me as a non-smoker. Thanks!

There are only 10 rooms, so it feels cozy, and the small pool is nice for cooling off on hot Bali days. Guests can use the shared kitchen to make their own food, and there’s a little lounge and garden at the back. Parking is limited, with room for about 2 cars and 4-5 bikes. If you bring a car, you may need to find another place to park. Uber and Grab are easy to find around here.

The host was friendly and helped us arrange a motorbike. The place is cheap for Nusa Dua and has a small pool, though the rooms felt dark because their windows face a narrow passage. The wet bathrooms left a smell in the rooms, but it wasn’t too bad. WiFi was weak, and on the first floor we only got 4G outside the rooms.
