The room was clean, and breakfast was divine, beautifully arranged on the plate. The hotel staff was always ready to help, offering advice and stories about Bali and himself, and he did his best to meet all our wishes. I recommend spending a day here to relax. A special thank you to Gin and his daughter. They looked after us as if we were king and queen, and I think they deserve an award from the boss. Thank you for making our hotel stay such a nice experience.

The room's facilities aren't the newest, but the bed was very comfortable, with clean sheets and decent pillows. I usually use my own pillow, but after the exhausting flight and all the trouble, I was too tired to take it out of my suitcase. I barely had time to spend in the hotel: the first day went on dealing with problems, and on the second I slept until almost checkout. I arrived in Bali to sweltering weather and airport delays, and then couldn't open my suitcase when I got to this lovely hotel. I'm grateful to the staff for taking care of me. In all my years of travel, this was one of the most memorable examples of owners and management making a stay in a foreign country feel comfortable. Jin helped me get in touch with the Samsonite store, and served breakfast later than usual because I was catching up on sleep. I wish there were more people like him. The management deserves special mention too. Working with people and staying humane is challenging, and I think that's possible only when you truly love what you do. Thanks again to the team.

I was happy with my stay. The room was very spacious, there was a private terrace, and the staff were polite 🌱 I hadn't expected them to keep the room clean, and I was pleasantly surprised that breakfast was included. Very nice, thank you!
