There’s plenty of cheap traditional food around the hotel, with lots of street food and local restaurants. International restaurants are also available near the Nusa Dua Hotel gate. The hotel’s location is great and the price is very friendly. I stayed in a suite double room on the 5th floor, up on the rooftop. It was large, with a living room and balcony, and there’s a shared space in the middle of that floor. The bathroom was clean, I’d give it 4/5, and the AC was cold. Service was warm and kind, and the staff were very responsive. The restaurant serves delicious dim sum, three kinds of rice dishes, and lots of drinks. Parking is very limited, probably just enough for 3 cars and 5 motorcycles.

The place was so dirty, with hair everywhere. I told reception, but nothing was done. There were no towels; when I asked for one, I got a single towel the day after check-in, and that was all I had for 5 days. There was no soap either. I asked for some and was given a bottle of water containing soap. My bed also went unmade for 2 days.

The staff were incredibly friendly and the price was fair. But I couldn’t close the window inside the room, and we weren’t given towels. They said the laundry service had closed, so we got just one towel.

I’m in my third week here now and already looking forward to coming back next year. The rooms are clean, the staff are the best, and it’s centrally located near Bali collection and the beach. Very reasonable for the price.

We couldn’t stay because our booked room hadn’t been confirmed and there was no space. The receptionist was helpful, though, and suggested we check amiris hotel or studio inn instead. They seem like nice people.
