It’s a peaceful place for a quick break from the city, with relaxing Bali vibes in the Rancamaya area. The scenery is lovely, and the resort has practical facilities for corporate events, family gatherings, and weddings, making it a top-tier destination in Bogor. Rooms are medium-sized, comfortable, and well-maintained, so I slept well. Breakfast also had quite a range of choices.

The Bali concept is nice, but the hospitality was poor, especially at check-in. The woman in the white kebaya at the front desk had no smile or eye contact, wasn’t helpful, and looked sour. We’d driven almost two hours and arrived around 11, asking if early check-in was possible. She said the room wasn’t ready, which was fine, but didn’t offer help with our suitcases and told us to carry them ourselves to another building, saying she’d WhatsApp when the key was ready. We found no sofa, chair, waiting room, lobby, or anything there, so we sat on the stairs until a housekeeping guy noticed us and opened an empty meeting room for us to wait in with our bags. Thanks, mas! Checkout was just as bad, rude and unfriendly. The hotel also lacks facilities: the room was small and dirty, the TV had few channel options, the pool was dirty, the kids’ playroom was nearly empty, and the food was too expensive for a hotel at this rate. Hope things improve.

I was here for a company outing. The room was good, everything else seemed good, and there are lots of power points in each room. Food was the weak spot: portions were too small and refills took a long time. Also, the menu discussed before the event was changed on the day without telling the committee. Everything was good apart from the F&B.

The rooms and grounds felt rundown and messy, and the area around the hotel seemed a bit sketchy. I came hoping to relax, but the dirty facilities and uncomfortable surroundings made that impossible. Staff were rude and made me feel like a nuisance whenever I needed something. This place needs serious work on both maintenance and hospitality. I wouldn't recommend it. #HotelFail #BadService #StayAway #TravelNightmare #NeedsImprovement

We couldn't enjoy the pool, and a huge tent blocked the view during our holiday here. The hotel hosted an outdoor wedding on both Saturday and Sunday, with several sessions running into the night. We booked through Booking.com and weren't told about the event. Very disappointing, and we won't be back.
