A quiet, peaceful hotel that suits a weekend getaway. The rooms were very neat, the amenities were great, service was excellent, and the food felt homey. It’s a pocket-friendly place. Keep in mind you’re here for a weekend break in downtown Bogor, not to hunt for modern glazed cocktails, pizza, pancakes, or FNB. Enjoy the calm here. The hotel’s prime was in the 90s, and I think it’s better left that way. No whining, just come rest.

The road signs from jl Pajajaran were easy to spot, and the parks and swimming pools were nicely maintained. The building looked old and wasn’t kept up very well, though our room was clean. The AC fan was so noisy it needs repair, and the beds had become thin and need replacing.

I liked the location, greenery, and price, and the bedding seemed good. The room was extra wide, but the furniture felt unclean and smelled. I didn’t care for the wardrobe or the breakfast. Breakfast was what I disliked most: just vegetable soup, mendoan, and egg, and the syrup tasted like too much essence.

The pool was a hit for the kids, and we ended up adding a night to our first stay here. Hotel Ririn is close to Kebun Raya Bogor and the Jagorawi highway access. It’s an older, non-luxury place, but clean, well kept, and has the feel of a good old hotel. Recommended.

ASRI Hotel is in a convenient spot in Bogor, Wesr Java, Indonesian. It’s affordable and fairly comfortable, and the venue can host different events, including weddings and meetings. Check Google Maps for directions if you’re planning to visit.
