2/10
The hotel already had reviews from months earlier about the traffic noise, but nothing seems to have been done. I was in room 309 for one night and couldn't sleep at all because of it. The room was also very small, the location was okay, and the WiFi was poor. When I asked the hotel for a solution, they offered to move me, then said every room was full. After that, they didn't respond or suggest anything else. It's a very disappointing experience, with poor service and management that doesn't seem to take guest complaints seriously. Definitely not recommended.

The coffee at their own cafe, "a space," was good, and you can pay either with cash or cashless. The rooms were clean and tidy, with warm vibes and Sundanese hospitality. Easy to get to, too.

The room had a slight unpleasant smell, and traffic noise came through. Staff need improvement, especially at the front office. They were slow when we asked for a trolley to bring our things, and there was no security while we were in the parking area.

The food is top tier for its class, with lots of variety and everything tasted good. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The WiFi was decent enough if you plan to spend most of your time inside, though there isn't much to do here for a staycation. It's right by Lippo Mall/Siloam Hospital and Kebun Raya, with Botani Square and Pecinan very close too. The hotel was clean and the room spacious, but the bathroom felt outdated. I'd stay again, 10/10.

I only came here for a seminar, not to stay, but the location is great.
